Question about 1997 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight
Supposed to be located in left kick panel of driver-side of car...is this area behind fuse block or what?
They are talking about the space between the door and the fire wall. to the left of the emergency brake pedal. A helpful little trick is turn on your signal lights and the relay will start clicking which will make it much easier to find. It is most likely under the dash up to your left between the steering column and the kick panel. The kick panel is a flat piece of interior colored fiber board like your door panel material. It takes a little elbow grease to pop it loose . good luck

My turn signal flasher was located to the right of the ash tray, I looked around the column for HOURS and it wasn't there... I also have an 93 oldsmobile cutlass ciera, it drove me crazy because the manual wasn't correct.

If not in fuse panel, take ash tray out, unscrew ash tray assembly and pull out. The flasher is on the right side of the ash tray right up front.

There are several fuse blocks. They are located in the engine compartment, behind the right side kick panel, under the instrument panel or behind the left side kick panel.
