You need to ascertain if it is a typical rotational front end vibration you will feel through the steering wheel or a drive line vibration.
1. Possible causes if it is a typical front end vibration (rather than a drive line vibration)...
A. The wheels/tyres need re-balancing. Go to a large tyre dealer and have all 4 balanced.
B. If a fresh balance job does not fix it , one or more of the tyres may have a fault such as one or more of them being out of round or having a heavy spot that is difficult to balance out. This can be a problem with cheaper tyres in particular and is much less likely with premium / more expensive tyres.
OR
One or more of the wheels may have been bent out of shape from road impact or impact with a gutter. If the wheel is deformed in any way, even just slightly, it will cause a rotational vibration at speed and the only solution is to replace the suspect wheel. A deformed wheel should show up on the balance machine.
2. Driveline vibration causes (engine, gearbox, axle etc generated vibrations) are much more difficult to identify but if this is what you have there will be other cars which have the same issue and the dealer service centres will know about it and the most likely cause. So you should consult your Citroen dealer service about it.
3. Problems with suspension or steering components will not normally cause your type of problem. They may make the issue you have appear worse in some instances but they will not normally be the cause.

faulty tires
warped disc rotors
wheel bearing failure or out of adjustment
