It might need to be replaced, check fuses relays etc, if no joy seek a competent mechanic. Some places specialise in heater repairs, there may be one near you who can diagnose the issue.

Fusible link toyota starlet

Blown fusible link can be the problem.Take all the fuses out and spray contact clean on all fuse connections ,then reinstall fuses after a light sanding with fine sand paper. You can make a new fusible link by wiring in an inline fuse.If you don't know the amperage of the blown fusible link,go with a 20 amp fuse if it's for the lights.
Nice car.

Located near the air filter, towards the rear end of the engine (left corner of engine).
A small box labelled 'diagnostics'. Open it and you have the pins for the OBD connections.

1997 Toyota Starlet - AM-FM radio loses all preset stations every time you turn the ignition off. Is there a solution to fix this or what might be causing this to happen.

Your memory wire is a 12V battery supply and this will be interrupted, most likely a blown fuse at the back of the radio!

1997 toyota starlet glanza v seems to lose power

Have you just started to have this problem recently? could be just some bad fuel. If not than I would lean towards checking or replacing your spark plugs & check spark plug wires for cracks. It could also be your catalytic converter is starting to plug up on you ? Check listed problems first before attempting anything else.
