Question about 2001 Hyundai Elantra
Because since 2-stroke engines run off a reed valve design with absolutely no mechanical valve train, the majority or the power comes from induction. the inlet air is at the perfect temperature two minutes after startup which results in the most power and RPM.
check- Possibly the purge valve or switch
