No it can't. Take the key, with the registration to a dealer. They can cut you another key.

Most aftermarket alarm companies make a bypass module for the immobilizer. Check with your local car audio/alarm retailer

SOURCE: disable transponder chip keys

You have to measure the resistance across the key and get a resistor of the same value at radio shack and jump it across the wires at the security box, this way the security system thinks the key is always inserted. We did this with 1989 firebird some years ago and it worked great.

SOURCE: 2002 Mazda Tribute rear liftgate lock replacement

I'm not sure where' the screws are but basically You need to remove the panel on the rear door, then once the panel (interior trim) has been removed you should see a lock mechanism which will be screwed/bolted in place. Easier and cheaper then buying a brand new lock mechanism (unless you want to buy brand new) is going to a wreckers and finding your car model and get it that way (yes it's used but it'll probably save you tons of money vs the dealership) Best Regards.

My Mazda 6 2006 was attempted to be stolen now I have no keys a messed up ignition and no transponder what can I do to start this car please help

Sadly, without the keys and the transponder It will be very difficult to start the vehicle without specialist equipment.
You will need to replace the ignition AND keys. You will then need to get them programmed to your vehicle. Getting it plugged into a diagnostic system or an OBD2 scanner will help code the key and reset the imobiliser system. This won't be a cheap fix.

My security alarm will not disarm I only have one key for my car it’s a 2004 Mazda 6 and I have no idea how or where to take it to disable it so I can get my car running again?

Are you sure it is the alarm as they rarely stop a car running. It is more likely that it is the immobiliser that is stopping it. If you have a key that works the ignition and it is not damaged so the transponder works, then the car should start. If it wont, then the key is probably faulty and you need a new one that is programmed to the car. An older car like this can generally be programmed yourself, so look in the owners manual about how to program the key.

Mazda 323f 1998 immobiliser bypass

Probably best to get the immobilizer unit, cpu, key and switch from a doner vehicle from the junk yard or on ebay, make sure you dont need the transmission cpu as well. This is a quick fix I have done myself.

I need to by pass factory antitheft code. How do i do this.my ignition rail broke so im using the ignt.switch only to start my truck

Mostly this can't be done without specialist equipment and experience as the transponder inside the ignition key or remote must be in close proximity to the antenna that is positioned around or near the ignition steering lock. It is only in this way the immobiliser will recognise the transponder code and disarm the system.

There have been a few older cars where the immobiliser code could be entered using the pedals or central locking if the code and the exact procedure for the car is known but it was a complicated and frustrating process.

How to hot wire a nissan frontier 2006

Basically you can't.

The engine management system will not switch on unless it receives the correct electronic code from the immobiliser.
The immobiliser will not send the correct electronic code unless it recognises the transponder code from the key or the remote.

Only decoding the system will effectively disable the system.

How does the ignition interlock work on the mazda mpv 2003 ? I can't start the car without the remote control : Simply turning the key will not even crank, does nothing.

Often, you need to press the unlock button on the remote twice. First press unlocks the door and second press disables the immobiliser and allows the vehicle to start. The key alone will not start the vehicle.

Alternatively, when the key is in the ignition - press the remote unlock again.

The remote acts as an immobiliser device. The reason your car won't start on the key is probably because the system won't allow any key in the ignition - it is preventing theft of the vehicle. Once the unlock button on the remote is pressed the system then recognises that key is the legitimate one for the vehicle and the disables the immobiliser and allows you to start the car

Zafira. is there a way to bypass the immobiliser to get me home?

There is no way, without buying a new chip to suit, and having it programmed to your ECU.
You will need the car security pass code for the transponder chip to be programmed.

Failing that, the only other way to get home is to have the car recovered via the AA , RAC, Green Flag etc..

How do i bypass ignition or engage a damaged ignition so i can start my truck useing the ignition solinoid and screw driver

This can't be done with most modern vehicles because the engine management needs a code to be sent from the immobiliser in order to switch it on. Mostly the code is generated by a unit which is energised by a transponder embedded in the key.

It is possible to have the engine ECU decoded but it takes time and isn't cheap.

Vehicles that are 20 years or older can usually be started without difficulty, either with a screwdriver directly into the ignition switch or by hot-wiring.

How do I bypass the immobiliser on mitshebushy l200

If you are looking to bypass the immobilizer permanently that is not an option. If you are installing a remote starter there are several options if you have the proper transponder key. Some company's offer bypass modules that can be programmed to the vehicle if you have 2 transponder (chip) keys. If you have only 1 key you can have it cloned and put into a device that is known in the industry as a key coffin. This device couples the signal from the coded key in the coffin into a loop or coil of wire wrapped around the key cylinder when enabled to let the car start without the transponder key in the ignition. Look for remote start bypass modules on the internet th find one for your car. Some devices can be flash programmed to your vehicle again if you have the transponder key or keys. Otherwise the only way to bypass it is with the proper factory scan tool available to dealers this is only temporary.

Need schematic wiring diagram for 2002 Toyota Caldina

This is an (almost) impossible task. The immobiliser ECU which reads the key communicates with, and is controlled by, the engine ECU.
It's not possible to just "bypass" the system.
I said "almost" impossible because with the right tools, knowledge and unlimited time it may be possible to capture the code of a useable system, then design and build a black box to respond correctly to the engine ECU, which would allow engine operation.
If you have lost your only usable key, you need to order a new one (as you haven't indicated your exact model, I can't give you the correct part number - keys are different depending on model/engine).
You will also need a dealer who can programme a new key to your existing vehicle.
If your existing vehicle has problems with the immobiliser, you may be able to find a Toyota dealer to interrogate your OBD to see what the issue is. If not, replace the key transponder unit, then the ECU.
I've assumed you know it's an immobiliser issue, and that you've done the usual wiring and fuse checks etc.
