Year/make/model??? Possible ignition switch problem rather than a fuse problem. Try slightly moving key back and forth with vehicle running to see if wipers and such start working. If so, suspect an ignition switch problem

Pull the fuse for the dash gauges. Could be corrosion. If that doesn't fix it. Remove the instrument panel, pull the plug and put it back in. Corrosion again. Since it worked before and "all" the gauges went south. Either one of these should fix your problem.
If the remote start was not working and you were not blowing the fuse, and is doing so now. that would suggest that could be the problem. But something is definitely giving you a direct ground on your key cycle. I would go through and disconnect the remote start first, then if that does not fix the problem, then its time to disconnect all the accessory on that fuse and one by one check them for a ground or short. I also would like to know how are you starting the car once the fuse blows ?
It isn't the ground; if you lost the ground, it wouldn't be blowing fuses-it wouldn't be doing anything.
There may be a short in the panel, or in the wiring to it. You will need to pull the instrument cluster out to investigate. If the wiring and connectors look good, probably need a new cluster.
wiper fuse. The wiper motor was, for a very short time, drawing the majority of the power from your system causing the radio to lose its required voltage. The fuse blew to the wipers, ending the power drain, therefore your radio got back the voltage it needed to work. Its kinda like everything goes dead when you start your car, only to come back when you let off the key.
Those are accessory functions working off the ignition switch when in accessory position or run position of the key. Were you to check if the wiper and radio fuse had power to them in the run or accessory position as they should, likely they would not. Power from the switch goes to the fuse panel, powering the fuses and circuits that only work with key in on or acc., either a direct wire to the fuse panel or sometimes, fuses get power from an accessory relay that sends power to fuses, but relay has to get a signal from a good working switch before it powers the fuses. What I'm trying to say, is the bad switch is probably the reason you have no wipers, radio, or mirrors.
