Ye but you will need to replace both tires on the axle Left and right as there is a difference of 1" in ride height between the two tires which will affect steering and handling

Can I replace 215 65 R16 with 215 55 R16?

It will work fine, but the 55 series sidewall is shorter than the 65 and thus the overall tire diameter will be smaller. This will cause your speedometer to read faster than actual vehicle speed.

I Have a Toyota Sienna LE 2006 with tires 215/65/R16, can I replace them with tires 225/65/r16?

A cheaper route and one that would keep your speedometer more accurate would be 215/70R/16. Slightly taller, less footprint, but more accurate and true to your actual speed.

What is a R16 and R15 relay/fuse in a 2001 ford focus?

R15 and R16 refers to relay POSITIONS. These relay positions in your 2001 Ford Focus are located in the battery junction block. (see lower right of diagram below)

In this case, relay position R15 is used for the Engine Cooling Fan Relay (Level 2, A/C) and fuse position R16 is used for the Engine Cooling Fan Relay (Level 1).

Tire size on my vehicle 225/75/R16 that needs to be replaced. I have access to 235/70/R16, can I put these on?

225 is the width of tread
75 is the profile(thickness of tyre from the wheel to the road)
R is radial(you knew that)
16 is the wheel size it will fit
so ...1cm wider...5mm thinner...
your speedo will read faster by about 2mph...
fit em anyway...
