Battery good still won't start

my 2007 jeep compass will not get out of part what do i do

Check fuse,relay,battery connection.

Sounds like the ignition switch is worn out(or the linkage from the lock cylinder to the switch has come loose or something like that)

I had the same problem, new plugs and wires fixed me right up

Your alternator is not charging the Battery, I would replace the battery with a new gel battery and have the alternator checked, bets on your battery just died.

sometimes when the starter gets hot it won't allow the Bendix to engage properly.

The battery is fine, there could be several things, starter, ignition, dirty or loose battery connections, here is a good site to help you troubleshoot.

if the injector fuse is blown then the car won`t start as its not getting fuel into the motor to fire.if the fuse keeps blowing then you could have an injector/s that is drawing too much or the injector driver in the ecm may not be any good and needs replacing or a used ecm.it could be a short some where in the wiring for the injector system that is going to ground.

Define - It attempts to turn over but won't catch and run ???? When you turn the key to start does the starter engage an spin the engine ? This would be a crank no start condition . If the starter doesn't engage an spin the engine this would be a no crank no start condition . Sorry to ask but i have only been an auto tech for thirty years an have heard a lot of different discriptions for these simple actions . crank no start or no crank no start . Very different diagnostic procedures . So when you turn the key to start , does the starter engage an spin the engine ,but won't start an run ?

check alternator at auto parts also have battery tested.
