Question about 1995 Chevrolet Camaro
Had a similar problem - when I put the power steering pump back on the car, the 2 wires going from the coil to the main computer got wedged behind the power steering pump bracket and grounded out. Might be worth checking.

Check your drive belt for the water pump

Double check ignition wire placement. Make sure the coil didn't get disconnected somehow. Most likely you have the plug wires jacked up.
