Question about Infiniti G35
High beam headlight on drivers' side does not work. Changed the bulb about a year ago. Light still does not work. All other headlights (low and high beams are working).
It more then likey a lose wire or bear one. run the line down. i think that the high beams run on diff. fuses. you can try that!

SOURCE: headlight low beam
Test to see if you have voltage at the bulb connector in low beam position. I'd almost bet that if there is no voltage there for the low beams that you have a bad high/low switch.

My mother's car was doing the same thing. The trouble ended up being the electrical connector on the bulb. It was not making contact with the plug. Once I replaced the plug the problem was corrected. The super low lights could have been due to the fact that the other bulb was not on. Try checking the connection and if that is the trouble, replace the plug if possible.
