Question about 2002 Dodge Durango
Sounds like a blower motor resistor. It is located on thr passenger side, about where the passengers toes would be. It is held there by two 8mm screws. But slide the red tab toward the driver, press the black tab and remove wiring harness. then remove screws with a 1/4 inch ratchet and a 7mm or 8mm socket. Replace old resistor with new. Attach harness. BE CAREFUL these things get hot which is why they burn up so fast. Wait at least 30 minutes after driving before working on it. If you have any problems replacing, go to YAHOO and type in "Replacing a Dodge Durango Blower Motor Resistor" Good Luck and Hopes this helps!
