When I turn on air or heat my mustang 2000 gt

When you turn you heat or air on, your compressor engages. There could be a drag on your belt system. Listen to your air conditioning pump for strange sounds and drag on main drive belt...could be bad bearings or a plugged air conditioning pump (low on cooling Freon in system maybe; lubrication?)

I have a 2000 Ford Excursion - 7.3 Diesel. A/C not cooling in low RPM but system has freon

Hook up a AC test gage to the low side pressure port under the hood, it should read 28-32 PSI, if not your system is low on charge.

2000 ford explorer air cinditioning blowing low cool air added freon clutch working properly condenser is not iceing, but sweating still no changein cooling. not cold air, but low cool air, why is this...

If you attempted to add to the system, you most likely
added some air into it also

Unless you have a vacuum pump & can leak test,
evacuate the system & recharge yourself, you will
have to pay someone to fix things

Air conditioning system takes a charge, but the

high pressure switch is kicking out on overload, replace it or you might have too much freon

Air conditioning not blowing cool air

Your a/c probably needs recharged, more freon put in. A local garage can do it for you, but it may be a little pricey, about $100-$150.

Air conditioning doesn't work

first at all you need to make sure that there is freon in the system because if there its not the low pressure switch don't let the compressor to work hence the whole system does not cool down

No air conditionong have 45 psi freon compressor turns but clutch wont engage when it did it turned on and off numerouse times

You don't have enough freon in it. 45 psi when the compressor is not turning is low, Add one can and see what happens. Normal low side pressure with the compressor turning is 35 psi.
