2003 2500HD 6.0 stalled out while towing. cooled off and restarted. now the problem is intermittent both while cold and hot. when it does start it runs great at any rpm but will eventually die out. no codes or idiot lights. Any suggestions?

It's best to have your shop put it on a scanner and see what codes it's throwing. This can be several problems. I have seen fuel pumps work intermittent and I've seen them go out after filling up. your case may be ignition problem or could be coil packs going bad. A good mechanic can scan this for you and see what the issue is or Ford Dealer for 75.00 - 100.00. Hope this helps, Chris J.C. Towing
Have you chg.fuel filter and had a fuel pressure test done? Does it have spark after it stalls? Fuel pumps are a common problem, they work when cold get warmed up they quit, after a while quit all together. Do the fuel pressure test.
