I REPLACED MY SELINOID AND MY ALTERNATER WHEN I GO TO START IT, IT MAKES THIS SOUND LIKE AS IF YOU TURN EGNITION OVER WHEN CAR IS ON WHT IS THE PROBLEM CAUSE I HAVE BOUGHT THREE SELIOND

This sounds like a starter, starter drive, or flywheel teeth issue...You will need to inpsect carefully. It is likely that the solenoid is not your issue, it is just a switch....

Flywheel teeth inspection is tricky, as the engine will commonly stop at some positions, and the damaged teeth position MAY NOT be at the starter hole location. you have to manually rotate engine for inspection.

Some ford models use a flywheel ring that heat shrinks on. These can crack and then the ring is loose, and no crank happens.

Idol to high

Try cleaning the throttle body, especially around the butterfly pivot pin, and the area where the butterfly sits in closed position. Over time, these areas are bad about carbon build-up. Once carbon gets built up, the butter fly can't completely close, which causes the throttle to still be open a little. This can cause higher idol (rpms). Very simple process. Buy throttle body cleaner for $6, remove your air intake hose from the intake. open your throttle and you're see the butterfly open and close. Spray the inside of intake, butterfly. You're see a lot of black carbon run out. wipe clean with a clean cloth. Repeat 2 more times until you don't see carbon running out. Put your intake hose back on, and you may have to turn the engine over a few times to dry the cleaner out. It's gonna sound like it don't want to start, but once the cleaner is dry, it will start and hopefully, this will solve your problem. Also, look at your throttle cable for any hoses, wire or anything to prevent the cable from closing the throttle.

Nocking when cold then goes away (Proton coupe )

It sounds like you may have some sludge in your oil. When the engine is cold the oil is thicker and takes a while for the oil pump to pump it through the engine. The next time you change the oil. Do an engine oil flush first to clean the inside of the engine and ports. If this does not work you might have to have the oil pump checked. There is no need to worry as long as you have oil pressure and the knocking stops. I hope this helps. Don't forget to rate this answer.

Flywheel area, possibly transmission

the noise might be from a loose bendix on the starter,
the bendix is a little gear in fron of the starter see if there is any visual point to see it nad make sure it keeps away from the flywheel if not have the starter repalced, this bendix have a spring to keep it away from the flywheel also with a flash ligh try to see the closes you can to the center of flywheel sometimes they get crack where they atached to the engine,
and on the shifting might be a bad transmission or the shifter has to be inspected for your mechanic
