Question about Cadillac DeVille
Hello there, you are definitely suffering from internal interference. Either the connection on the back of the radio to the antenna has become loose or something in the car is emitting a frequency similar to the AM frequency and is blocking the signal. The button on the read window could be causing it if somehow it isn't making the connection correctly. Hard to say exactly where it plugs in without seeing it.
Did this problem just occur out of the blue one day? Was it around the same time the read window stopped working / you noticed that it was unplugged?
I would think a Cadillac dealer would be able to diagnose and fix this problem very quickly, that is still a very new model, maybe it's still under some kind of warranty?
If indeed this just happened out of the blue then that is very strange.
Please let me know,
