Heater blows only cold air. in and out hose are both hot, what could it be.

The door that mixes hot and cold air seems stuck in the cold air position. Check for a vacuum hose leak.

Heater fan slows down then quits.then works again

The fan speed is controlled by an electronic module. The module or a temp sensor could be faulty, or the fan motor itself.

1990 lincoln town car 5.0 heater won't heat, but the fan and the air conditioner works fine, a new radiator was installed also before i bought it...engine don't seem very hot ..????

If the engine is not getting up to normal temp, I would replace the thermostat. Both heater hoses have to be hot to get heat inside the car.

1990 lincoln not starting

Determine if you have spark from the spark plug. If not, most likely your ignition module decided to quit on you. If you do have spark, determine if you're getting fuel. If not, your pump is not working. Hope that helps.
