If all of those are blown, you are in for a whole lot of heartache! Cigarette lighter overloaded, easy fix. Blower motor, probably the resistor, fairly easy fix if you can get to it. Windows, relays, or if only on drivers side, broken wires where door meets frame.
i looked it up and from the picture, it looks like the fuse box is below the drivers dash, on the left side behind a wall panel near the floor next to the black foot rest thing. try and look there
Unless the motors were replaced at one time, the only bolts holding the window to the regulator are at the slides. any hardware that fell apart should be inside the bottom of the door. Panel removal is pretty simple..only hidden fastener is on the edge...small reflector has one under there. Haynes makes a good reference for that car for about $20.
remove the door panel, from the inside you should have access to the window. lift the window up unto the raling. Check to see if the railing is not bent or why the window came off the railing.
