Question about 1998 Ford Windstar
That can be a few problems. first check to see it all the vacuum hoses see if they are soft( if you can sqeeze the line closed then replace it ) . start with the hose from the egr valve on top of the engins and goes toward the back. you night not be getting enough vaccum. if that is not the problem call a dealership and explain what the problem is and they will give you a few ideas.
