I have an Ignition Issue with a 1991 Mazda B2600i 4x4?

That sounds like either a fuel issue; too rich, or an air leak in the manifold.
If it were an ignition issue, it woukd cut out, not run rough.

01 pontiac grand prix 3.1 sputters on acceleration and stalls at idle. Engine runs above normal operating temps but does not overheat. Plugs, ignition cables, coils & ICM replaced. Fuel pump issue?

Anything over normal temp is an indicator of a cooling problem that may have led to internal damage. I would first suspect a failed intake manifold. They are plastic and know to fail. A pressure test of the cooling system will at least confirm there is an issue with this system.

Why does my 1998 sebring idle fine but sputter badly under load.

Does it use spark plug wires or individual ignition coils for the each plug?. My 98 intrepid uses coils and occasionally I have to change them out cause it would start to miss when normal temperature was achieved. If it uses wires, try replacing them, along with the spark plugs.

3.0 liter has a stumble when warm

Yes that sounds like an ignition problem I would start by replacing the spark plugs, the spark plug wires and the distributor cap and rotor and the air filter, this is just a basic tune up but that's where I would begin.

Runs smooth cold, sputters after about 2 minutes,

You might want to pull the coils and ignition control module. They are really easy to get to on this car, right on the front of the block. Ignition control modules can be tested electronically at most chain parts stores. Coil can be a bit more of a pain. Quite honestly it's very rare that any that I test, even the ones that I know are bad, test bad. Sometimes the coil windings spoil out and when they get hot they swell and no longer produce spark.

Is this a problem only in idle? Is it drivable and if so what happens then?
