If you are getting divorced and were married in Texas for 7 years, is your spouse entitled to your retirment?

This depends on what state you are from. And example Colorado is a 50-50 state where half of what you both own goes to each party. This does not count for inheritance which is just entitled to the individual. Children in that state also are given to both parents 50-50 unless there is reasonable concerned about their well-being. Even if there is reasonable concern the other parent can go to counseling and be deemed an effective parent by a psychologist. If you are from a 50-50 state it is always best to have an easy divorce otherwise you're just making your attorney have a profitable year.

This should be pretty straight forward. Contact your local courthouse and I would say this would be the records department. They will at bare minimum be able to get you steered in the right direction.

Are you sure that you are using the correct key?
Did you recently separate/divorce from your partner/spouse?
Did the ex-spouse have the car "rekeyed", so that the "old" keys no longer work?

Did you recharge or replace the dead battery?

you must first DIVORCE the radio from car with Tech2 diag. tool, the replacement will need to be MARRIED to the system

If this is a 9 5, then the only way to get a divorced stereo head end to work in a different car is to take it to someone that has a TECH II programmer (Dealer, Indy) and have them "Married". You HAVE to be sure that the new unit has been properly divorced or this will not work. This was put in place to prevent theft, etc.
