Has the valve timing been checked? This engine has three timing chains and a very specific procedure for setting the timing. I'm assuming the engine came with heads, cams, and timing chains installed, but builders can make mistakes.

You can fix it yourself you just need to find out where the shortage is. If its up close to the bulb then its not a big deal to change. Just go to an auto parts store and get a new headlight pigtail for it then splice it in. If its further up the harness it can be a little bit more difficult.

it has gotta be the o2 sensor, map sensor, or the mass air flow meter.............. these are the main inputs to the computer that controls the fuel control....let me know how that works out please
