I replaced both CV axels on my 2004 Lexus ES 330 how do I reset ABS dash warning light?

I don't know how the CV axels associate with the ABS...need to have your ABS scanned for trouble codes...could be as simple as a wheel speed sensor

time for a new or rebuilt transmission. this is done at a transmission shop. on a car that old you better stay with a rebuilt as a new one will cost more than the car is worth.

95 lexus es 300 slipping in and out of gear

Check transmission fluid level first.
If this is ok, then I would take it to the Lexus dealer to diagnose or fix the problem.
It could need a complete rebuild to alleviate this problem, which I know is expensive.

Good luck on this one.
