Question about 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis
I have no dim lights what so ever. I have to hold in the switch (while driving) to be able to get the high beams to come on and keep holding it in to have lights so i can drive at night. I have changed the headlights and that wasn't it. Its a 2003 monte carlo.
There is a small lug inside the control arm, which is the operating arm for your dims.....it sounds like the small lug has broken off,and it is not holding the control arm in its correct position....when it worked before, did you hear ( or feel ) a click, if you did, and dont hear or feel it now, then that is most likely the problem
