There isn't one. Chrysler put everything inside of the tank in one unit. The fuel pump, level sender, pressure regulator, and filter are in one tidy unit.

The cabin air filter should be around the passenger side behind glove box or below, some cars has them in the vent panel below windshield

The filter is in the fuel pump module inside the tank. It requires the removal of the tank. The module will need to be replaced as a unit. Sorry but that is the way most newer autos are nowadays.

may be the gas cap is loosing, you can check it.

Make sure your air filter housing is on correct. There might be a vacuum leak. It may have nothing to do with you changing the filter. It could be an idle sensor or throttle sensor. Are you getting a check engine light?

Park on a hill or jack the car up and place jackstands under the vehicle in a recommended lifting area. Your drain plug is on the driver side of the engine. Drain oil then remove the oil filter located towards the front of the vehicle. Replace oil filter put the drain plug back on and refill oil 5.5 qts.

Yes new gas shocks on the lift gate will fix your problem. I had the same problem on my 2005 Pacifica and when it hit my head- I came up with the solution.
