Turbo bad

If diesel, it could be dodgy glow plug(s). Had a similar problem with my s40 and new glow plugs solved it!

My truck wont start unless i prime the carborator first, then it wont stay running unless i rev it high just before i put it in gear, or im accellerating...

To start with, you have a throttle body instead of a carburetor.
On that throttle body is a component called an air control valve.
That valve is how the computer controls the idle speed. It should open and close the air flow into the intake manifold as needed.
Is the check engine light on when you are driving ? Have you checked the fuel pressure ?

How do i change my break booster in my 95' mercury tracer? i have problems with my car when im at a stop and when i take off from that stop it sputters but if im at a stop and i put the car in nuetral it...

IM NOT SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS BUT IT'S "NOT" YOUR BOOSTER. IF IT WAS YOUR BRAKES WOULD LACK POWER. MORE PRESSURE WOULD BE REQUIRED. YOU'D FEEL IT IN THE BRAKES IT WOULDN'T MAKE THE CAR SPUTTER IN DRIVE AND NOT IN NEUTRAL. SAVE MONEY IT'S NOT YOUR BOOSTER.

Car wants to turn off unless i accelerate it

try replacing your transmission fluid to ease up the drive, might as well try replacing the sparkplugs for better fuel burning.
