Question about 2008 Toyota RAV4
I can't find where to fill the geae box oil for rav4 2008
Check with toyota,alot of the new transmissions have a long life transmission fluid that is filled thru a drain plug,and there is no dipstick.you maybe trying to find something that does not exist.another example is the 2005 to 2009 pathfinder.the filler tube has a bolt on it and the fluid is done at 160000km.check with toyota.

The rear end gear box usually has fill plug about 1/3 of
the way up the gear box housing. The gear oil is usually filled to the bottom
side of the plug. In other words, if you were to try to add gear oil, you would
stop when the oil starts to spill back out of the plug hole.
