Most bushing are pressed in by an arbor press, take the arm to a mechanic that has a hydraulic press, they'll probably charge you about $20 to $30 dollars per arm to remove the old and install the new bushings, You could go to a place like Harbor Freight Tools and buy a press for as little as about $80, if you have to garage space to keep it after you use it.

the a arms need to be removed, and the bushings pressed in and out , then you will need to reinstall them and the truck will need a front end alignment. You really need a qualified person to do this.
SOURCE: 2004 Nissan Quest front control arm bushing replacement.
Sorry guys not a solution but I too have an 04 Quest, which supposedly has worn controller arm bushings and Nissan says I need both controller arms replaced. For a total of $950!!! I was told that they need to replace the whole arm and cannot replace only the bushings. Now reading the posts on this site I find that to be untrue. Seems all I need to spend is anywhere from $25 to $35 per bushing.
