I'm assuming it has a GOOD spark from ALL plugs. do you smell unburnt gasoline while starting? if not, try starting fluid? if it starts then dies, concentrate on the fuel system delivery. check fuel filter, carburetor (or TBI, whichever the vehicle has), new fuel pump may not be good? also clean (or replace) the air filter. if using starting fluid won't work, check ignition timing, distributor may not be properly installed. battery (has good cold cranking amps?) & good ground? check integrity of the plug wires. vacuum leak?
Sounds like you have a fuel problem like the fuel pump or a clog fuel filter.

ain t many more parts to electrical system left... i had same problem once n it was my ignition modulator.located under distributer.**** i can t remember,i think my car would not turn overfrom that.or only other thing could be a fuse.i 'd check every fuse too .hope this might help.

This should help, firing order is counterclockwise, 1,8,4,3,6,5,7,2.

on the intake manifold you will see 8 numbers, this is your firing order
from the front of the car the left side numbers are 1,3,5,7 and the right side are 2,4,6,8. now ont the distributor cap there should be a number 1 at one of the plug towers. you start there with #1 plug wireand continue.
on a chevy the firing order is 18436572 and this is the order you put the wires on the cap. now the second problem i don't know right off hand which way the rotor turns on your engine. so remove the cap and crank the engine over and see which way the rotor turns, this is the order you put the wires back on the cap. hope this helps

Hi, since you've replaced everything else, about the only thing left is the crankshaft position sensor. This is the sensor the computer uses to time the spark signals. Because this sensor is expensive, I recommend you test it first to verify it's bad before replacing. I have pasted test procedures below as well as replacement procedure in case it fails the tests. You will need an ohmmeter for the test. If you don't have an ohmmeter, you can buy one for as little as $10, or maybe you can borrow one. You will also need a timing light if you replace the sensor. TESTING CRV and 1995 Odyssey Models
CRV models: The blue and white wires. The resistance should be 300-700 ohms.
1995 Odyssey models: The blue/green and blue/yellow wires. The resistance should be 700-1,300 ohms.
REMOVAL & INSTALLATION CRV and 1995 Odyssey Models
To install:
ADJUSTMENT CRV and 4-Cylinder Odyssey Models
If equipped with an automatic transaxle, place the shifter in Park or Neutral. If equipped with a manual transaxle place the shifter in Neutral. Make sure to apply the parking brake and block the drive wheels.
Odyssey models with 4-cylinder engines: centrally located on the passenger side, under the dash. The connector has two wires; one is brown with a black tracer, and the other wire is red.

The white mark on the crank pulley is Top Dead Center (TDC).
2.2L/2.3L Odyssey 2.2L models: 13-17° at 650-750 rpm
