My 2000 isuzu trooper is blowing 80 amp fuse dont know why

If wires were disconnected ,you would have an open
circuit & no reason for a fuse to even be involved

You need most all the wiring in play to blow a main 80Amp Fuse

2000 GMC Safari van keeps blowing ING A fuse. I crased the passenger side and the A/C system was crused. Dont know if that may help too.

As the ing fuse supplies power to the ignition switch and other units the if you are continually blowing the fuse after a crash then it is obvious that the wiring harness was damaged and the wire is shorting out either to earth or through other units to earth. You will have to check every inch of the harness and look for bruises in the wiring insulation or expanded plastic covering where the wire has been getting hot and burning.

Hi ok my brake lights dont work but my fuse keep blowing but all the bubs are good what do i do

you may find that you have a short circuit somewhere in the brake lights, check the brakelight switch & all the wiring in the trunk around all the rear lights, there has to be a bare wire touching something to keep blowing the fuse........hope this helps......cheers.

I keep getting a blown fuse belonging to the left side rear and side lights. The fuse should be 10AMP. I have tried 15 AMP and 20AMP fuses and those also blew. Any ideas? By the way, this car is a...

First put the required fuse dont go up you do more damage, For a fuse to blow you left rear side light and side light has shorted out to ground. left side rear light look at the wire are there any exposed, If no go to the side light inspect the wire are the exposed, if you see any repair it, Now if fuses keep blowing go the lamp belonging to that fuse and pull the bulb out with the bulb out an fuse installed twist the socket one at a time did the fuse blow,if it did you found the source, more than likely you ll need a bulb socket, as long as the wire are in good shape . Remeber correct fuses,No foil No nails No other Range just the required fuse
