Hi / Lo beam switch is one spot.. Have you checked for 12V on the low beam wire(s) to the bulb? Keep checking back to where 12 V is and repair or replace the part of the circuit or component / connection between 12V and 0V.

How to tell if a fuse in 2003 Kia Sorento is good

None of those would be fixed by replacing the battery. Or did you replace the battery and then all of those stopped working?

You can tell of blade fuses are blown if you full them and hold them up to the light. That is a whole lot of stuff not working. I would say you need a good auto-electrician.

My high beam lights work but my lo beam lights don't,can you help me

When you switch from High to Low beams, do the lights go out, or continue, in the "High" beam position??? If they go go, the transfer switch, that changes the high/low beam mode is working. The most likely problem, is that the Low Beam filaments are both burned out. Some, on original equipment, never changed, can burn out within days/weeks of each other. Could be that.

Kia optima low beams

First verify that the switch is energizing the relay in both positions by turning the low beams on and then pulling up the relay--does it click? If not, replace the switch. If yes, next check for power on the red wire as it comes out of the column. Switch on, no power--replace the switch. If power, check for power at the head-low fuse in the engine compartment fuse box. No power--find break in wire. If power, check for power on the yellow/red wire as it comes out of the fuse box. No power--repair fuse box. Power--check for power at lamps--same wire. No power--repair yellow/red wire.

Headlights

First actually check and verify both elements in bulbs are good with vom, then check fuses, if these are both ok check for actual power to the bulbs when on low beam. I am not sure if this kia uses a relay for the low high beam or not, but if they do then I would check that if no power on low beam at bulbs, last the actual switch if everything else checks out.
