You could have more than one problem the vibration accelrating maybe an inner cv joint ,if you just had the tires replace and an aligment done they should have checked the front end for worn out ball joint and tierods but the wheel bearing may not have any movment but can still make noise

I have a Mitsubishi Mirage de, and from around 30 mph until 45 mph, the front end shakes so bad that it makes the Intire car shake bad. Any suggestions?

Some one didn't do a very good alignment. If it was done recently, you may won't to take it back. Unless you been hitting some major pot holes. Vibration that comes and goes like that is usually tire balance. Might want to have the suspension checked. But they should have done that before the alignment. You can't align a vehicle if it has bad tie rods, ball joints or struts.

What could be the problem?

If it's the front end that is shaking, check the ball joints, motor mounts and idler arm. Lift the front end of the van until tires are off the ground. Wiggle the front tires side to side checking for slack, use a pry bar or 2x4 to lift the wheels to check for slack. Everything should be tight. Have someone turn the steering wheel back and forth while the van is on the ground and look for loose connections in the front end. If any loose connections are found replace them. A mechanic can do a front end inspection for you for little cost if any at all. CV Joints generally do not cause any vibration when they are worn out; however, they will cause a lot of clicking noise when you turn corners once they have worn out.

Thumping noise driving

Not sure what the "mechanic" actually did but you may have lost a wheel balance weight.

Vibration in front end while driving. steering wheel shaking. stops at higher speeds.

Have your tires checked for tread separation and your wheels checked for balance. Out of balance tires will go through harmonics such that at one speed it will vibrate a lot more than at another (higher or lower) speed.

2003 Toyota Corolla Wheel Alignment

The specs are what the manufacturer recommends for the vehicle when it leaves the factory. However that means with the original tires and condition. The caster is not adjustable on a Corolla, so if the vehicle pulls even with the tires switched, there is a possibility there is damage to the strut or steering parts. However, before changing anything, check all tire pressures and make sure the brakes are in good condition. A brake that is not releasing properly will cause a pull to that side. Individual toe is rather meaningless - the total toe is what is measured. You have no king pins on a Toyota so you will not have KPI.

What causes the van to shimmy or vibrate when driving?

If it's a tire issue, busted belt in the tire or bad tires.

Front end needs an alignment.

Strut is going bad.

Bent rod.

Bad cv joint...bearing.....

There a few things that could cause this.

The struts and shocks where not tightened properly take it back and have then tighten everything down to correct specs. But before you leave your hosue check your tire lug nuts and make sure they are tight so you can drive over there and like i said have them tighten everything

Sturt and Mounts

As far as driving without having a front end alignment done AFTER the strut replacement, you should head to a shop and have a front end alignment done. You MAY notice some vibrating or tire wear if not taken care of.

Looking at your struts online, the boot comes with the struts. All you have to do is drop yours and replace with the new!
