First thing to try would be different fuel. Use a fuel stabilizer and fill with good gas. see if that helps. Also, check the fuel pressure.

92 FULL SIZE BRONCO NOT GETTING FUEL. RUNS ON STARTING FLUID. NOT SURE IF IT IS ELECTRICAL OR PUMP. DON'T HAVE MANUAL,DON'T KNOW WHERE FUSE OR CUBE IS. I DO NOT HERE NOISE IN TANK WHEN KEY IS FORWARD. IS...

hotwire the circuit by grounding the FP lead of the DLC connector (located on the back fender apron drivers side) with the ignition switch on. As the fuel pump is normally under control of the PCM, this will mimic a power on signal from the PCM, and you can hear the pump come on.

1987 FORD FULL SIZE BRONCO FUEL PROBLEM, SHUTS DOWN

The only way air can get in the fuel line is if you have a hole in it! Problem of course is were? I would run the fuel line from back to front and back again. Look for any wet spot that you can find. You may even have to drop the tank to ba able to look on top. I would suspect the problem is in the line before the high preasure pump, being as you are pulling air into the system. I have seen leaky lines allow air in, but not let fuel out.
