You may need to press down and twist the gas cap at the same time..similar to a "child safe" bottle of asprin or medicine. Usually you remove it counterclockwise
Then when you put gas cap back on press down and turn it clockwise to seall the vacuum in the gas tank.
if you cant turn the crankshaft then the motor is seized up. usually happens due to lack of oil. pull the dipstick and check the level. if it shows no oil, then it is locked and its time to start shopping for a new motor
at a gas station? you cant put diesel in your gas car at a gas station the nozzle of the diesel pump is ALOT larger than that of a gas pump it will not fit into your filler neck. hope this helps. ,Vinny
There is a "vent solenoid" that is part of your EVAP system, usually located near the fuel tank or filler neck that goes bad, and won't allow the tank to vent. If this fails closed you can have your condition.
pull the nossle out a little and it should work better.
try a different station.
the older nossles took more to shut off but ocationaly caused a spill so they make them more sensitinve.
inside the nossle is a small float. if u put gas in too fast some times u get gas bubbling back up the small hose from your tank thats made to let vapor out. if it does u will hit the float and shut it off.
its probly more the nossle then the car. although it does depend on the car as to how fast u can put gas in.
next time u put gas in look in there after u take off the cap you will see a little spring loaded flap.
put the nossle in just a little bit past that. not all the way in. this usualy helps.
and like i said u can also try a different gas station to find out if its the nossle or just simple that the car wont take gas that fast.
i have had that problem at some stations where i cant even get it to stay on on the slowest notch.
hope this helps.
