Try looking up parts a year younger according to the manufacturers sticker usually located on the drivers side door or frame. Use the month of June as the dividing line between the two years! If your car was made lets say in March of 1999 it may actually be considered an 1998 model. I hope this helps!

The resevoir should be on the power steering pump
If you are good on fluid then maybe you need to check for excessive play in the steering box itself, check idler arm, and tie rod ends.
find the belts look at the pulleys there should be one with a yellow neck on the other side of the pump with a metal line coming out of the side of it. theres a lid turn and lift
