-You mean transmission fluid...?
-Check it again and fill it to full level. You should be good to go.
-When you check it. Make sure check while the engine is still running and part on a level ground surface.

Good Luck

SOURCE: 2006 Chevy Trailblazer - winding noise

I went to the dealer to check on the price for the idle pulley and they said that was waht the problem was. The quote from them was $99 for Labor and $38 for the pulley..Solution $18.00 at the parts store and 20 min from my hubby and it is fixed. The only problem with the pulley form the auto parts is that the original washer won't fit in the hole so we had to but a seperate washer. Runs great now I just have to find a solution to the gas gauge and fuel sensor.

SOURCE: I have a chevy venture transmission slip

You can try a fluid and filter change and see if it helps. But from your description, it sounds like it's
time for a rebuilt(or used)transmission. Sorry to be
the bearer of bad news. Good luck.

SOURCE: I am losing transmission fluid but can't find a leak????? where can it be going

I take it that it is an automatic transmission, if it is draining that much fluid a month and you can't find any outside leaks it could mean there is an internal leak somewhere. If you see a pink milkshake color in your coolant then it could be the radiator transmission cooler which I believe wont cause an outside leak so you can start from there. It is located and is part of the radiator. Just follow the transmission cooler line and it will lead you the possible problem.

Testimonial: "Thanks.. If I do find it in the coolant.. is this an expensive fix and is it something that I can do myself or does it have to go to a mechanic or dealership?"

SOURCE: my chevy trailblazer wont shift from park to drive.

chances are the shift cable is broke at the transmission, I drilled the rod out of the shift lever and ran a shoulder bolt through the shift lever and cable end and finished up with a lock nut.

Yes!!!
If you have no junk yard where you can buy a dipstick, see if there is a transmission repair shop where they will sell you or even give you a dipstick from a "core". Short of that, you could speak to someone in a parking lot or a Chevrolet dealership about borrowing their dipstick out of their 2005 Trailblazer just long enough to check your fluid, and then give it back to them. If you get a dipstick that is the wrong length, sometimes you can re-mark it to fit your transmission with a nail-file or something.
Be blessed.

Recommended service for your 2006 Honda Ridgeline:

Replace VTM-4 rear differential fluid: Driving in mountainous areas at very low vehicle speeds or trailer towing results in higher level of mechanical (shear) stress to fluid or frequently fully loaded. This requires differential fluid changes more frequently than recommended by the Maintenance Minder. If you regularly drive your vehicle under these conditions, have the differential fluid changed at 7,500 miles (12,000 km), then every 15,000 miles (24,000 km).

I have a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer, the problem I am having is the brake sensor light will not go off and it keeps beeping. I was low on brake fluid and put some in however the light and beeping will not...

{: ) The brake fluid sensor is very important because it will tell you through the warning indicator if the fluid level is critical, specially while you are driving on road. You can try a few steps just to rule out some possibilities. Better if engine is off, but keep ignition on while proceeding with tests. Transmission in Park position, and the parking brake DISENGAGED fully.

Sometimes its not enough to put some, better complete fill to max level. Check again the sensor light..
If same problem, try to remove the brake fluid sensor connector. Check again.
If the connector has two wires, use a thin jumper wire to connect the two ends. Check again.

If Yes progress, then you need to replace the brake fluid sensor.
If still No progress, return the connector to its place. It's possible the parking brake switch is shorted, or the wires shorted to grouind. The system may need to be checked thoroughly.
