Question about 2001 Cadillac DeVille
Try another key.make sure you using the right key.also check to make sure somebody didnt break key off leaving other half in switch.if all is good you have to go in steering column check the lock cylinder retaining screws make they are not loosen or missing.causing the switch not to be all the way in off position.if all is good replace switch.dealership has to replace switch.they have to reprogram new keys and new ignition switch to the PCM and BCM theft security system.are the car wont crank.
