How to fix a clutch for a kia rio 2003

What is wrong with your clutch first of all? Is slipping or smells like it is burned?
Most manual transmissions cars have a clutch adjustment to compensate for the wear on the clutch , some cars have a hydraulic adjustment.
Depending on how bad is the wear on the clutch you might need to replace it especially if the clutch overheated and is glazed.

2004 Kia Rio with a very heavy clutch pedal.

This car does not have a hydrolic system and it can be adjusted. I have the same problem and I adjusted it and still have the same problem. I'm going to replace the cable next.

Need DIY information on how to adjust a clutch on a mitsubishi pajero 2004 as is sliping

Clutch adjustment is usually automatic - though when clutch action in the pedal sits to high before it engages its usually adjusted on the clutch pedal. In most cases this isn't the cause for slipping - but if the clutch has been replaced recently the problem might sit elsewhere in the clutch system.

With a slipping (worn) clutch there's only a tiny layer left before the clutch plate rivets start eating the metal away.

Where do I pour the clutch fluid for my 2004 KIA Rio

I thing this is a cable opperated clutch. I know the 2001 is. If so you don't need fluid. You can adjust the cable. I hope this helps!

Is there an adjustment the clutch is slipping in 3rd 4th gears Or do you just have to replace 2004 aeiro suzuki

lower gear ration in higher gears, like climbing a hill, lessens the mechanical advantage and causes the slippage which will soon be in lower gears too. Clutch is hydraulic, not adjustable, you need a clutch replacement, along with all the other wear parts in the bell housing.
