Red brake light on, low fluid in resovior or park swicth is grd , trans light is on but you didnt say if it's trans or eng over heating, I wil assume it's trans, chech fiter in pan and cooler flow, possible restriction, remove rear cooler line to back of trans left side , stick a hose on it, put trans in nuetral, and start eng , should empty the fluid of trans in about 1 minute, nice good flow, jaust a trickle and you have a blocked cooler or lines. GOOD LUCK RDJRP

1999 Dodge Neon/brake pad rubbing on the rotor hub, replaced everthing and still having overheating, seizing up, till it becomes undriveable.what is the problem and what would you suggest ?

It could be a siezed piston in the brake caliper. It also could be a problem in the master cylinder. More likely the brake caliper, though.

I have a 1999 Dodge Ram and I have a deceleration jump/vibration at around 50-40 mph. When the brake is lightly applied it happens, when heavy brake applied it stops. I'm thinking front whell bearings

The front rotors are warped, the reason you feel it when lightly braking is because the pads are just brushing the high spots as they come by. Heaving braking will lock them in tighter and you will not notice it. They have to take the rotors off to turn them so they can check the wheel bearings at the same time and replace or pack them. Just have the rotors turned if they are not worn under the federal limits. If they are worn too bad you will have to replace them.

I have a 1999 dodge ram 1500 4x4 that the speedometer don't untell it get to 60+ why is that and the brake light stays on but I think the light was on befor the speedometer stop working.

From what I have read this sounds like a problem with the second speed sensor located on back at the rear axel on top of the differential. If the cable is loose or the sensor is bad it will cause the brake light to come on and the speedometer to act funny. There are two speed sensors...one in the transmission and the one on the differential. The second one is probably the problem.

Was driving lost power stearing and power brakes. And leaking antifreeze wont turn over

Sounds like the engine has siezed, possibly due to loss of coolant and then overheating. If so, this is major repairs. Did the temperature guage show overheating, did the engine oil light come on, is there any oil in the engine ? You need to take the car to a garage

1999 Dodge Durango. Brake Light and the ABS Light

If you backup lights are not working as well, I would say check the fuse for the backup lights, if the fuse is good, see if you are getting power to that fuse. We had this problem and after weeks of searching and changing sensors, we found the backup light fuse was good, but not getting power. Ran a wire from that fuse to the cig. lighter fuse and all woprksf great.

2004 Dodge Intrepid "jumps" occasionally when braking?

if your car has the 2.7 litre you have to change the oil every 5oookm or 3000 miles and use the exact grade as per the book.
the 2.7 has small oil galleries.
you have low oil pressure and or idle speed.check the rpm and it should be 700 unloaded at warm temp.if the iac controller is bad and there is low idle, really low rpm could trigger the oil light to come on and the transmission vacuum controls will be causing strange behavior.
