On the underside of the bblower housing is a drain. The blower housing is on the firewall in front of the passenger in engine compartmentA big black box. Feel around underneath it and when located, squeeze like a coin ourse and finger the scum out of it. and the water should drain. The fan is another issue. Either no power to it or its defective. chk f4 blown fuses or touchy switch.

When I excelerate my ventilation panel inside the cab starts blowing air out of the floor vent instead of blowing out of the front panel.

there is a vacuum can under the hood and if that is not hooked up or has a leak there is no vacuum reserve for the vent control valves so they go bad to a fail safe position

Air conditioner leaks on floor

Sounds like the outside drain is stopped up.
There should be a tube coming out of the firewall near the passenger floor.

Water on floor passenger side after it rains and after air has been running 2000 grand prix

Ac hose leak?
leaking heater core?

Hint: it leaks when it RAINS

If it were related to the heater core or the AC drain, it would be leaking when it is not raining also, so those diagnoses are not logical.

The grand prix has a long history of floor leaks from seal failures around the air intake under the windshield cowling, where RAIN water runs in.

97 Dodge Grand Caravan with dual air leakes water on drivers floor from A/C, also rear A/C blows hot air frome one side. I searched for a drain line from duct but could not find one exiting.

Hello
On the watter on the floor if you open the hood and look on the pasanger side of the firewall you will see a ruber hose shaped in a 45 degree angle abour 3" long this is the drain for the ac unit, If you pull this off and take a shop vac and **** out the posable leaves etc in there then you can put the hose back on that should be good to go.
The rear ac unit has a left and right blend door on the side blowing hot air you might luck out by removing the vent cover on the side thats not operating and see if something is blocking the door that is sticking, The other thing would be to take apart the housing and see what is going on in there.
Let me know if i can help more!

Have you been using the air conditioner? It is most likely normal condensation from the air conditioning unit.

I have a 2004 mercedes C240. The air conditioner works fine when the car is moving but it seems to quit blowing cold air when at a stop light or idling.????

possible low charge, possible leak, auxillary fans possibly not coming on,check you see when you turn your a/c on,do the fans get really loud occasionally, all the time,or not at all,if not at all ,you have a problem with the aux fans not coming on-

Heater/air conditioner

check to make sure you fan is working it is usuallt either on the firewall on the passanger side under the hood. it will have a cover over it with a hose going in it. if that is not kicking on than you need to replace the fan.
