My megane Renault 2005 model says fuel injector problem and it does not start, what is the problem whith the fuel injector and what is the cause of a problem?


the problems that injectors have are mainly from fuel pressure and dirty fuel
pump problems and pressure regulator problems will not allow the car top start as will blocked or inoperative injectors

There is a lot of things that could cause this problem,first off,they problem will have to occur to diagnose the problem,you will have to get it to cut off.Then check to see if there is any fuel pressure,or spark to the engine.then narrow that much down,then there is the fuel filter that can be changed to see if that fixes the problem.If not the fuel pump could be the problem,removing the fuel filter,then turn the ignition key to on,see if fuel squirts out of the fuel line.If not ,a new fuel pump will have to be installed in the fuel tank.If it is a no fire(spark) situation,then there could be multiple items(parts)on the vehicle that would cause this problem.

I'd have to test when problem is ongoing. When you first turn on key, no crank, you should hear the pump run for a few seconds then stop. For initial prime, the computer doesn't need rpm signal. Engine cranking, the computer needs to see rpm signal or it won't ground the fuel pump relay. W/o rpm signal, no spark at the plugs and no fuel injector pulse. I know your talking about fuel, but, when problem is ongoing, check spark and fuel injector pulse, engine cranking.
Intermittent problems are a pain, have to test when problem is ongoing.

I have a 92chevy cavalier when the motor gets hot the car cuts off .when u let it sit for 30min. It will crank up an go help me what is wrong


Hot starting problems are usually fuel related. When a hot engine is shut off, the temperature of the engine and everything on it continues to rise for awhile as the engine undergoes a period of "heat soak." This can cause fuel to boil inside the carburetor bowl, fuel lines and fuel filter. When you attempt to restart the engine, "vapor lock" obstructs the flow of fuel and the engine doesn't want to start.
This is much less of a problem on fuel injected engines because the fuel is usually under much higher pressure inside the injectors and fuel line. Even so, a fuel line routed near an exhaust manifold or a fuel rail that's exposed to a lot of heat may still suffer the same kind of problems.
Heat soak problems such as these can sometimes be cured by wrapping insulation around affected fuel lines, and/or installing an insulating spacer or heat shield under the carburetor.
A Seasonal Problem
Hard hard starting tends to be a seasonal problem, but may be worse in the early months of spring when refiners are switching fuel blends. Gasoline refiners produce fuel with a slightly lower volatility rating (called "Reed vapor pressure") during hot summer months because lower volatility fuel is less likely to boil and cause hot starting problems. During the winter, they switch to a higher volatility fuel because it makes cold starting easier. But if you still have "winter" grade fuel in your tank when warm spring weather arrives, you may experience some hot starting problems. The problem will go away, however, as soon as the refiners in your area switch to their summer grade fuel

It could be a number of things, but the fuel filter is where I would start looking. If the fuel filter has not been changes in the last 30,000 miles that very well could be the problem. Checking fuel pressure rarely turns up a clogged or partially clogged fuel filter unless fuel pressure is checked while driving the vehicle down the road. A restricted fuel filter will still deliver the correct fuel pressure with the key on and engine off and also at idle. The problem does not rare its ugly head until the engine is put under load. (Not really a fuel PRESSURE problem, but rather, a fuel VOLUME problem.) If the fuel filter has not been changed recently, I would replace it, clear the codes and road test the vehicle. It probably needs the filter anyway, even if it doesn't fix your problem. So it really would not be a waste of money and effort. At least you will have eliminated one possibility.

Also for fuel pressure specifictions, you need to tell us what engine your vehicle is equipped with.

Its inside the plum thats on top of the intake manifold its made of plastic and the throttle body sits on top of it all of the fuel injecters are in there to. But some advice thats not likely your problem. These thinks fuel pump problems fuel pump wireing problems fuel line problems and fuel tank problems yes there is no shortage of them. Try removeing the fuel filter its on the frame rail under the drivers side door put a plastic bottle on the fuel line then turn the key to run for 5 seconds if you don't fill that bottle up with 4 to5 onces'es of fuel the pump is not working correctly

Fuel Filter Removal & Installation To Remove:
  1. Remove fuel tank.
  2. Remove fuel pump/fuel gauge sending unit.
  3. Remove fuel filter from fuel pump/fuel gauge sending unit.
To Install:
  1. Install fuel filter to fuel pump/fuel gauge sending unit.
  2. Install fuel pump/fuel gauge sending unit.
  3. Install fuel tank.

However, I would look at ignition or tune up issues rather than simply a fuel filter.

Find out what the engine problem is by having the engine's computer scanned through the OBD-II port.

The fuel pump relay is behind the cover on the firewall,turn the ignition on,and it will click,and you will find it,the fuel pressure regulator is on the fuel rail.On the intake.Rate please if this was helpful.

If it start and it misses and like not enough gas. it means that there is a problem in the fuel pump that why you have to check the fuel pump and the fuel lines may be there is a dirt or may be the fuel pump is worn out.But if you don't have time to fix the problem of your fuel pump . Then you have to go to a car mechanic and let them fix the problem of the car. But if you have time to fix the fuel problem then this is what to do.The owner of the car should be able to check fuel lines .Prepare the equipment and tools to be used in checking fuel lines .So that fuel will flow freely and no abstraction within the fuel lines .Locate the fuel lines ,visual inspection on duel lines for learage, Disconnect lines at fuel pump and fuel pump.Use compress air to remove sediments on fuel lines .Re-install fuel line to the unit.But if the problem is the fuel thank that it is being worn out or malfunctioning .The owner of the car should prepare the equipment or tools in servicing the fuel pump.So that fuel pump will operate properly .Locate the fuel pump .disconnect the fuel lines from the fuel pump.remove the fuel pump from the engine. Dis-assemble the fuel pump.Check the diaphram for defects.Replace defective parts.Assemble and install the fuel pump.And always use safety rules in servicing the fuel pump.
