The blower motor comes on when it wants to, somtimes not at all and somtimes works perfect, it has the digital selector, could the digital selector be bad? and also its in c and not f, anyway to change...

I would think the problem lies with the blower motor, as the motor carbon brushes wear down the operation can become erratic. Next time it won't run hit the blower motor with a hammer handle or something like that and see if it starts up, if it does replace the blower motor.

AC blower fan no working on any speed. Somtimes works on speed 5.

The blower motor resistor needs replaced.Would also check the harnesses going to the resistor and blower motor for signs on melted wiring or poor connection. You may also need new pigtails if there is evidence of of wiring damage.

Blower fan is not working

Check your fuses
If they are all ok.
You may have to remove the right side, under dash, hush cover. (7mm or 9/32 socket to remove bolts) to gain accsess to the bottom of the blower motor
look up under the right side of the dash, with the fan switch on, bang on the blower motor with a screwdriver handle.
There is a good chance that it will come on.
The brushes get worn down and start sticking. they are designed to stay tight as they wear, but somtimes stick.
I found this to be the case in more than 50% of the blower motors inop.
If that doesnt work then test for power at the blower motor plug.
Hope this helps
If it does, leave some feedback.

Sometimes the blower will turn on and sometimes it won't.

The windings inside your blower motor itself are most likly bad it appears you need a new motor.

Sounds like a blower motor problem. Check for obstructions around the squirrel cage, or a broken cage.

1997 honda passport heater fan motor doesn't work

check the fuses than check for power and ground at the blower motor plug with the engine running and the switch on high. if you have power and ground replace the blower motor. somtimes the blower motor resistor fails too but than the blower usually only works on high. I replaced 1 of each this week.
