Question about Renault Sportwagon
Lack of air in take you need to change air filter.oil leak coming from oil lines to turbo bearings.or the turbo bearing seal could be leaking causing oil to get in air filter system.

To start test the engine without air filter, if it goes fine, replace air filter and clean air intake.
This can happen because the MAF sensor is dirty or malfunctioning, Test and eventually replace the MAF (mass airflow) sensor, located in the intake air stream. Also IAT (intake air temperature) sensor can give you similar troubles, but when this is the problem, you usually get the engine running rough at cold.
