When you change the crank sensor you need a scan tool to set them. The distributor has to be turned using a scan tool to get the crank sensor dialed in.

2001 Legacy Wagon Idles rough and has no power when in gear. Changed all the plugs, changed the exaust sensor. Check engine light still on after all that.

1 you need to get the code. 2 sounds like the catalitic converter is bad. If the code was for the exhaust sensor, the catalitic converter will pop this code.

I think these codes are indicating a fault with your catalytic converter. The 02 sensors are each not returning the correct values to the ECM, causing a "suspect the 02 sensors" fault code.

Missing while idel

It is probably a bad coil, have someone put it on a computer and see what cylinder is missing. The coils go bad all the time on the 5.4's

My check engine light blinks 12 times

not sure about the 12 times one but i know the blinking then staying on and missing then shut it off and changing the sensor and it running ok when you start it.... thats because your catalitic converter is cloged, usually from miss fires or bad/old plugs/wires you need to replace your cat cause its beyond repair and make sure to change your plugs and wires (and i would do my fuel filter and air filter while i was at it if it were me) or else you will have the same problem right around the corner. I know this due to the fact it happened to both my parents cars and when i bought my truck with 103000 miles the guy before me NEVER changed his stuff, (supposed to do plugs and wires at 12000 mile intervales) and it was all factory, Hope this helps.
