I bet you are low on transmission fluid when its inclined the fluid pools near the pickup tube. then when you are flat it all puddles away from it. Check the fluid level and add more if it needs it but make sure its the right fluid for your car or you will ruin the trans.

My 89 Camaro has sat through the winter, and now after getting it started and "freshend" up, I am having major problems driving it. It idles and goes into gear fine, and the RPMs raise normally when I rev...

If you car has been sitting for that long of a period it may have water in the gas. Water is heavier then gas and will block your fuel filter which will cause you to loss power because of lack of fuel, as the water runs down/off the filter it always gas through then will block it again. Try some stp fuel treatment, read bottle to make sure it drys up water in the gas. Add some more gas after emptying the fuel treatment to your gas. problem should clear up.

Automatic 330i 2001, if i start accelarating at 3rd gear the RPM keep increaing and if i release the gas the car should change to next gear but i does not...at low RPMs it is working fine

the gearbox is a "fuzzy logic"system.gearchange depends on accelerator pedal position/revs/load.if you drive without depressing the gas peddle more than a third down you should find all gearchanges much smoother.(if you drive with gas peddle almost hard down all the time yhe car will hold gears longer...poss 4500 revs or more......
