you can get transmission cooling fans from any good auto spares / transmission repair shops
it is a fan be it fuso or generic and just moves air
it may be better if you just re-position the cooling radiator in the air flow in front of the radiator
go google and type in---fuso spares on line--- and there are sites that will have what you want

I'd try the nearest hydraulic supply shop.

when you find fuse box in fuso loo on left side on the foot part .........

check for the vin plate on the fire wall of the engine compartment or on the insides of the mudguards in the engine compartment. It may have been moved to inside the front door pillars near your feet or on the door pillar at the rear of the front door.
