Question about 1987 Peugeot Liberte
Never heard of a grub screw but if you mean the screws that attach the drum to the axle flange, try an impact driver (bit fits on end, you hit the rear with a hammer and it shocks and turns screw at the same time) If that does not work, yes...drill them out. the screws are'nt "special" and can be easily replaced (the wheel actually holds the drum on when installed)
