The ignition module for this car is located inside the distributor, remove the distributor cap, rotor and plastic shield to expose the component, it is not the component that looks like a ring around the distributor shaft, that is the magnetic signal pickup unit, remove and replace the other component.

No spark coming out of coil

Bad coil or bad input to the coil which comes from the ignition system. Maybe bad points or capacitor in an older system, if it uses points vs. all electronic. If all electronic maybe a bad module.

Where is the ignition control module located on a 1992 honda accord-dx?

Ignition control module, is not the same as an ECM, it is termed an "igniter" and is located in the distributor, as part of the reluctor wheel pickup and ignition module.
Generally the entire distributor is replaced as a unit for ease and typical distributor bearing issues.

The ignition module is located inside the distributor and costs almost the same as a complete rebuilt distributor. It's usually best to replace the entire distributor on your Accord, to resolve a bad ignition module.

P0351 Description: The ignition signal from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) or Electronic Control Module(ECM) is sent to and amplified by the power transistor. The power transistor turns ON and OFF the ignition coil primary circuit. This ON/OFF operation induces the proper high voltage in the coil secondary circuit.

Where can i get an igniter for my honda accord 1992 model 2.0exl

The igniter or ignition control module is located inside the distributor. Probably cheaper to just replace the entire distributor since there are more sensors in there and the are just as old as the failed igniter. The distributors on that generation Accords have a high failure rate so it's a known problem.
