You have a leak in your radiator or radiator hose.
That is the reason why your engine tuns hot very quick.
Because there is not enough cooling liquid.
Also the reason why when you refill it can steam because the water leaks on the hot engine components.

PS NEVER remove the radiator cap when the engine is over heated or hot,
you will lower the boiling point because of the reduce in pressure and that can make the cooling liquid spout out as hot steam,
with the risk of severe burn injuries.

Chanches are it is probably the fan. Anything over 15 miles an hour the fan is no longer needed. I would get a cheap hydrometer and make sure your antifreeze is still good.

Small lower hose line attached to radiotor. How do I remove it? It is not the Lower thick Coolant Hose, It seems like the transmission or something else...? Do I just Yank it or pull it out or is there...

there is a quick connect tool made to release the fitting so that the fitting can be removed from the line that comes out of the radiator. You should be able to find it and any good parts store. If my memory is correct its a 5/16" line and the 5/16" quick disconnect tool that is needed.

Car heats up very quickly no end in site

there are a number of things that can cause a car/truck/suv to overheat! #1. bad thermostat. #2. partially clogged radiator. #3. faulty radiator cap. #4. bad clutch on fan,or bad electric fan,or bad fan relay. #5. blown head gasket. These are the most common among all types of vehicles,I did notice you said "quickly" overheats. If the car is totally cold and overheats within 3-5 min of starting up, that is a pretty good tell-tell sign of a blown head gasket. if it takes a while longer to overheat, check the other items i listed.( always start with easyer and cheeper items first and work your way up from there) hope this helps ya out....yz-maniac.

Look at the harness between the drivers door and the "A" pillar. Peel back the boot and check the wires in there to see if they are broken.

1995 jeep lalredo 4x4 keeps geting hot

The problem with these jeeps is that the older they get the more clogged the radiator geats.
The radiator in the Cherokees are only a single row of tubes.
You can try to flush out the radiator, but replacing it with a heavy duty type is probably a better option.
Your car is not getting enough flow to cool down the engine.
Also you want to check that the electric fan is coming on. There is a coolant sensor in the radiator.
