This is a symbol to inform the driver of an emission failure. You need to have the codes scanned to determine the failure and then have it repaired. It could be anything from a loose gas cap to a disconnected EVAP hose

Anti pollution light on Peugeot 207 vti

If the anti-pollution light on your Peugeot 207 VTi is on, it usually indicates a problem with the vehicle's emission control system. This light may appear in different ways, depending on the model and year of your vehicle, but it usually looks like a picture of an engine with "check" written on it.
Here are some steps you can take to address this issue:
  1. Check the gas cap: A loose or damaged gas cap can cause the anti-pollution light to come on. Make sure the gas cap is tightened securely and that it is not damaged.
  2. Check the oxygen sensor: The oxygen sensor is responsible for monitoring the level of oxygen in the exhaust and adjusting the fuel-to-air ratio. If the sensor is damaged or malfunctioning, it can cause the anti-pollution light to come on. A qualified technician can diagnose and repair the sensor.
  3. Check the catalytic converter: The catalytic converter is responsible for converting harmful pollutants into less harmful gases. If the converter is damaged or malfunctioning, it can cause the anti-pollution light to come on. A qualified technician can diagnose and repair the converter.
  4. Check the air filter: A dirty or clogged air filter can cause the engine to run rich, which can lead to increased emissions and the anti-pollution light to come on. Replace the air filter if necessary.
If none of these steps solve the problem, it is best to consult a qualified mechanic to diagnose and repair the issue

Anti pollution fault

Finding a good garage is necessary for all car owners. Ask around for recommendations. You may be surprised to find it is a Midas shop or something unusual like that. They, and other shops that you only think do oil changes can do repair work.
Your problem may be that the car has gone a certain amount of miles, and wants something checked. Then the mechanic pushes a little button somewhere to reset the gizmo, and all is well.
Few people are familiar with Peugeots, so don't be surprised if it takes some time to find one who is. Mention that is is a Peugeot.

I have a peugeot 207 2008 a warning triangle came on today but the car seems fine . Iwas wondering because the temperature outside is below zero could it be a warning for that. I can't tell at the...

Abs esp is usually a triangle, it would have come on if a wheel was spinning or the car had lost road grip ie traction which is normal in low temperatures, which is why we drive different in low temp's to normal temp's....

Where is the anti pollution filter situated on a peugeot 207

There is no such thing.

If youre refering to Antipolution warning coming up on display:

Sadly a common fault with 207s is random fault warnings coming up on the display.

If it's a real fault, then you should notice a fall off of performance and this indicates a trip to your garage to get it fixed.

If the fault comes and goes, or there is no loss of performance, do what most 207 drivers do and ignore it !
