Question about 1994 Hyundai Excel
Check your fuel pump you may not be getting fuel to the engine fast enough check your carberator or fuel injectors also which ever you have as these may be the reason for a lack of fuel. In particular if it is fuel injectors you may need to clean them out to get rid of a clog hence a slow fuel delivery
